As an Emergency Room RN, I saw firsthand how many people ended up in the hospital for issues that could have been prevented or treated sooner. Dehydration, fatigue, vitamin deficiencies, and poor nutrition often led to bigger health problems—but many of these patients didn’t need an ER visit. They needed faster, more accessible care before things became serious.

That realization inspired me to create Live Well & Hustle Co, a place where wellness meets convenience and care is brought directly to you. My goal is to provide busy women—especially moms—with the support they deserve. I know how demanding life can be, and when you’re running on empty, there’s no time to be down. Whether it’s exhaustion, dehydration, immune support, or weight loss struggles, I’m here to help you feel better and get through your day with energy and confidence.
