Our story
As an Emergency Room RN, I saw firsthand how many hospital visits could have been prevented with earlier support. Dehydration, fatigue, vitamin deficiencies, and poor nutrition often led to bigger health issues—but many of those patients didn’t truly need emergency care. They simply needed faster, more accessible support before problems escalated.
That realization led me to create Live Well & Hustle Co.—a place where wellness meets convenience and care is designed to fit into real life.
My mission is to support busy women, especially moms, who often put everyone else first. I understand how demanding life can be, and when you’re running on empty, there’s little room to slow down. Whether you're dealing with exhaustion, dehydration, immune challenges, or weight loss struggles, my goal is to help you feel better and move through your day with renewed energy and confidence.
Live Well & Hustle Co. offers IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and weight loss support designed to nourish the body from the inside out. These services go beyond quick relief—they help support preventative wellness and provide accessible care that may help clients avoid unnecessary emergency visits.
Education and empowerment are at the heart of everything I do. I’m passionate about helping women take ownership of their health through practical wellness strategies and sustainable lifestyle support.

Live Well & Hustle Co. is a women-focused wellness practice. While select in-office services may be approved for men, concierge services for elective treatments are reserved for women. Urgent or illness-related concierge care may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure safety and personalized care, all new clients complete a brief pre-screen before booking. This helps us determine the most appropriate services and ensures each client receives thoughtful, individualized care.
